Refund Policy

1. General Policy

At Mpower Academy, we are committed to delivering high-quality workshops and learning experiences.
Please note that all purchases are final and non-refundable.

2. No Refunds

Once a registration, booking, or purchase is completed:

No refunds will be issued under any circumstances
This includes workshops, sessions, programs, and digital content

3. Rescheduling / Transfers

In certain cases, we may offer:

Transfer of registration to another session (subject to availability)
Rescheduling options at our discretion

Requests must be made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled session.

4. Missed Sessions

Failure to attend a session will be considered a no-show
No refunds, credits, or rescheduling will be provided

5. Exceptional Situations

In rare and genuine cases (such as medical emergencies), Mpower Academy may review requests on a case-by-case basis. Any decision made will be final and binding.

6. Cancellations by Mpower

If a workshop or session is cancelled by Mpower Academy:

Participants will be offered a reschedule or credit
No monetary refunds will be issued
