Deepa MSL is the founder of Mpower Academy, a transformative platform dedicated to empowering individuals and families to discover their true potential and lead meaningful, resilient lives.

With a deep belief in the power of self-discovery and lifelong learning, Deepa combines research-backed methods, practical tools, and heartfelt guidance to help people navigate life’s challenges with confidence and clarity.

Her journey to founding Mpower Academy was inspired by her own path of growth, healing, and the desire to create safe, supportive spaces where others can do the same. Deepa’s vision is rooted in the conviction that when people understand themselves deeply, they find the courage to transform not only their own lives but also their communities and the world around them.

Deepa holds Master’s degrees in Literature and Psychology and brings nearly 19 Years of experience in training and mentoring individuals from all walks of life. Her passion for this work took root during her early years as a primary school teacher, where she discovered her strength for coaching and empowering others. Since then, she has guided thousands of people toward greater self-awareness, purpose, and resilience.

Deepa is also the author of PARAa, a self-help book that inspires readers to embark on their own journey of personal growth and inner transformation. When she’s not developing new programs or mentoring, Deepa enjoys cooking, gardening, and reading books on psychology and mindset.

Through Mpower Academy, Deepa remains committed to making personal growth accessible, meaningful, and sustainable for everyone, at every stage of life.
